OUR MISSION
We bridge the gap between job-seeking individuals with altered working capacities and domestic and international businesses offering employment.
By doing so, we ensure, on one hand, the most suitable workforce for the needs of specific market activities through our own employees, and on the other hand, we have the opportunity to identify and offer our Clients the services within our partner network that guarantee excellent quality.

OUR THINKING
"Disability is the cumulative effect of potentially limiting conditions that arise from society's inability to meet people's needs and enable them to make the most of their abilities." European Commission, Implementing eAccessibility (26 September 2002)
Many make the mistake of describing disability instead of assessing a person's values. The concept of normality itself is extremely discriminatory because it forces us to categorize people into two groups: the able-bodied and the disadvantaged. In our view, such distinctions do not exist.
Főnix's goal is to utilize an individual's true working capacity by focusing on their abilities while also providing the structures and tools that help them achieve professional skills.
